The mold workshop, covering an area of approximately 7,000 square meters, specializes in manufacturing medium-to-large molds for the automotive and home appliance industries through cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing technologies. Over 80% of our mold-makers possess 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the industry. Equipped with high-end large-scale we are capable of processing various mold types with a load-bearing capacity of up to 40 tons and CNC machining capabilities for components up to 3 meters in length. Our core expertise lies in producing molds for automotive interior and exterior components, including door panels, pillars, dashboards, steering column covers, bumpers, grilles, and other critical parts for both established and emerging vehicle brands.
